El 13 de diciembre, en el marco del cierre del Simposio de Comercio y Desarrollo Sostenible (TSDS) y coronando el trabajo de todo el año realizado tanto por la Bolsa de Cereales de Buenos Aires como por la Fundación INAI, se llevó a cabo el lanzamiento del libro: “Agricultural Trade Interests and Challenges at the WTO Ministerial Conference in Buenos Aires: A Southern Cone Perspective”.
El mismo es resultado de un esfuerzo conjunto de la Bolsa de Cereales de Buenos Aires, la Fundación INAI, el Grupo de Países Productores del Sur (GPS), el International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), el Instituto Interamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura (IICA), y el International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD).
Con el objetivo de contribuir al proceso negociador, el libro analiza los principales temas pendientes en las negociaciones de la OMC desde la perspectiva de los países del Cono Sur. En el siguiente link se puede descargar una versión en pdf del mismo.
On December 13, in the framework of the closing session of the Trade and Sustainable Development Symposium (TSDS) and crowning this year work of the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange and the INAI Foundation, took place the launch of the book: «Agricultural Trade Interests and Challenges at the WTO Ministerial Conference in Buenos Aires: A Southern Cone Perspective«.
This book is the result of a joint effort of the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange, the INAI Foundation, the Group of Southern Producing Countries (GPS), the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) , and the International Center for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD).
In order to contribute to the negotiating process, the book analyzes the main pending issues in the WTO negotiations from the perspective of the Southern Cone countries. In the following link you can download a pdf version of it.
